In the Bahamas, we are seeing an unprecedented seller's market. The market rebound has resulted in record sales with the luxury inventory at an all-time low and demand extremely high. While buyers may see a decrease in price flexibility, the Bahamas remains a popular option thanks to favorable property ownership laws for foreigners, proximity to the US, and of course the weather. Buyers feel safe knowing that the Bahamas is considered one of the most attractive real estate markets in the region.
